Thank you to all who regularly donate their beading supplies you are no longer using.  Gosh, the first time we put the word out for donations, it was back in 2016. (and WHAT a response!).   Our first donated supplies heading up to the remote Indigenous Community in Attawapiskat.  2 FULL boxes of beading supplies headed out, with more in store to disperse in our local community.

Since the inception of this program, we have expanded to donating to local teachers to use in their classrooms and art clubs.  Word continues to spread as we are approached for some "goodies" from our donations.  😁  Thank you to all who have dropped off items!

It's been a few years since we've had to ask our wonderful beading community if you "have anything to spare", as many have just come in with their surplus and the donation area always "had something". 

That donation area is "low on stock" at the moment.  

School is soon starting back up, and for our Northern Indigenous Community of Attawapiskat, it is time to send another box!

This time our friends to the North have suggested the bead supply box we send go to the Hospital in Moose Factory.  Specifically for the elders who are there... to add some smiles to their time in hospital as they do some bead work.   I'm sure you can appreciate the impact our box of love will have on the elders who are in hospital.  

Therefore we are asking you to dig into excess beads once again, and bring them in!  (We will of course top off the box(s), and cover the shipping North.    

For the box to the hospital:  Seed Beads, Thread, Needles, Glue, Felt backing,  reading glasses (as you know its not easy to see those teeny tiny beads!).  

For our local donation program:  Any and All beading supplies you no longer need!

Drop the supplies off in-store.   We will keep everyone updated here!
